Housing Information

The City of Hollister Housing Division increases and preserves the community’s supply of low and moderate income housing. Hollister continues to implement a comprehensive housing program by offering various programs to all family income levels in the community. In the past, the Agency has offered rehabilitation loans, first time homebuyer loans, and self-help programs to obtain the goal of providing safe and decent housing for the citizens of Hollister. New Affordable Housing Opportunity 400 Block Development

The City of Hollister in partnership with Del Curto Brothers Construction is pleased to announce a new affordable home buyer opportunity in the City of Hollister. The development known as, 400 Block, located at 400 San Benito Street includes 4 affordable for-sale units. The affordable units include 2 studio townhomes for households of very-low income and 2 one-bedroom townhomes for households of low income.

The application period is from April 1st through May 1st.  All file submissions must be submitted in person by 4pm May 1st to the 400 Block Sales Team. The 400 Block Sales Team Office is  located at 400 San Benito St (Lobby). The 400 Block Sales Team office is open Wednesday through Sunday 11:00 am- 4:00 pm.

El desarrollo conocido como 400 Block, ubicado en el 400 de la calle San Benito, incluye 4 unidades asequibles para la venta. El período de solicitud es del 1 de abril al 1 de mayo.  Todos los envíos de archivos deben enviarse en persona antes de las 4 p.m. del 1 de mayo al equipo de ventas de 400 Block. La oficina del equipo de ventas de 400 Block está ubicada en 400 San Benito St (Lobby). La oficina del equipo de ventas de 400 Block está abierta de miércoles a domingo de 11:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
