Take Your Hiking to New Heights

Pinnacles National Park is what remains of an ancient volcanic field. Its beautiful spires tell a tale of a different time. They illustrate millions of years of faulting, erosion, and tectonic plate movement.

The park offers over 30 miles of trails that wind along cliffs and steeples and through canyons and meadows, creating a dreamland for nature lovers. Wildflowers bloom in the Spring, and the temperate climate makes for year-round exploration opportunities. On-site camping is available as well as a small store.
