Take Your Bike Out for a Ride through Hollister's Breathtaking Back Country

Perhaps one of Hollister's most exceptional features is the breath taking beauty of its country sides. The old winding roads through hills and pasture lands create every biker's dream.

The countless back roads make for a variety of routes for every level of biker from beginner to advanced, each road being uniquely scenic.

Bikers can ride out to Pinnacles National Park as well as to local wineries located deep in the hillsides or out to the sleepy town of Tres Pinos located nearby.

The roads are slow on traffic, making it a safe haven for bikers, and local drivers are always on the lookout. On a Sunday morning ride perhaps the only company you might find is that of a falcon flying overhead or the occasional roaming coyote. The mild climate throughout most of the year makes for ideal conditions.

Easily accessible bike routes make Hollister an ideal place for a day trip or weekend of pure enjoyment of everything nature has to offer.

Popular bike routes:

  • Santa Ana Valley Road (Country roads & hills)
  • Cienega Road (Hollister Hills and wineries)
