Registration can be done in person, by fax, by mail, or ONLINE. Please download and complete the Household Information Form if you are a new participant in our programs or if you have updated information for us.

Registration form can be downloaded, completed and returned to our office either in person, by mail at 300 West Street, Hollister, CA 95023, fax at (831) 636-4399 or by email at recreation@hollister.ca.gov. Please be aware that you are NOT registered for any activity or class until confirmed by Recreation staff, who will then contact you on status of your request and to process payment. Payments can be made over the phone with a valid Credit Card.
