Pursuant to AB361 some or all Council Members may participate in the meeting by telephone or video conference. The purpose of this is to provide a safe environment for
staff and the public to conduct city business. The hybrid meeting will be held by teleconference, and the public may attend in person. The public may watch the meeting via live stream at:
