Water And Wastewater Collection

This division is responsible for producing and distributing potable water for approximately half of the City of Hollister which is generally located west of Memorial Drive . The remaining portion of the City is serviced by the Sunny slope County Water District. This division is also responsible for wastewater collection and conveyance to the wastewater treatment plants.

To report water line breaks in the street or sewer overflows during normal business hours, contact the above number. After hours or on weekends, please contact 911.

For information on Utility Billing or to start/stop water service, please contact our Finance Utility Billing Department at (831) 636-4301. The Finance Utility Billing Payment center is located at 339 Fifth Street in Hollister (Old City Hall Building).
