Hollister Recreation Division/Activity Registration Request Form


Registration Requests can be done online by completing the following form. Please complete the information below and Recreation Staff will contact you on your enrollment request and to process payment.

Please be aware that you are NOT registered for any activity or class until confirmed by Recreation staff, who will then contact you on status of your request and to process payment.    Payments can be made over the phone with a valid Credit Card.

Please be sure to enter the Image Verification at the bottom of the page in order for the request to be processed.

**Summer Aquatics Registration is NOT available online. There are special registration days solely for the Aquatics Program. Please see Summer Programs for more information.
